In place of an internal combustion engine, Battery Electric Vehicles are powered by a large battery pack and high-output electric motors. Because they run on electricity alone, they emit no exhaust from the tailpipe.

How to charge a Battery Electric Vehicle

The large battery in all-electric allows you to travel further, recharging as you drive. While the regenerative braking system recharges when you brake by converting kinetic energy into electricity.
