Designers and engineers took full advantage of Lexus’ new global luxury platform to create a sleek coupe-like silhouette with an aggressive ground-hugging stance. The larger dimensions translate into a spacious cabin -- made more generous by features like a power tilt/slide moonroof, and panoramic glass roof (Luxury, Executive and F SPORT packages).
Unlock the door, and the power easy access system automatically positions the driver’s seat to ease your way in or out. 28-way power front seats include heating, cooling and massage functionality. While an available climate concierge allows you to set 4 independent temperature zones.
Performance
The 2019 Lexus LS features a new VDIM system that controls six types of vehicle movement -- longitudinal, vertical, lateral, yaw, roll and pitch -- in response to accelerator, steering and braking inputs. The result is dynamic performance and seamless control across a range of vehicle speeds
The 2019 Lexus LS 500 AWD puts 415 HP at your command, courtesy of an all-new twin turbo V6 -- the first in the Lexus lineup -- mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission -- capable of carrying you from 0-100 KM in under 5 seconds. Steering wheel mounted paddle shifters put the feeling of a manual transmission at your fingertips. Dual stainless-steel exhaust with integrated chrome tailpipe diffusers leave a lasting impression.
Technology for all aspects
In addition to a 12.3” wide navigation display, the 2019 Lexus LS makes available a 24” head-up display (HUD) -- the largest in the market. Images appear as if 3 metres in front of you, providing time-sensitive information, including navigation and speed. A Lexus first, the HUD now integrates warnings from the pedestrian alert and front cross traffic alert systems, and real-time steering details from the lane trace assist system..
The 2019 Lexus LS works work with Apple CarPlayTM - a smart and simple way to use your iPhone when driving your car. Just plug a compatible iPhone into the USB data port, and CarPlay-enabled apps appear on the touch screen. Then navigate and control apps using Lexus Remote Touch, steering wheel controls, or with Siri — all while staying focused on the road ahead.

In addition to Lexus Safety System+, the 2019 Lexus LS is the first Lexus to feature our latest safety innovations -- LSS+A.
